At the beginning of 2020, the world was rocked by a health crisis due to the increasingly widespread spread of Covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic does not only have an impact on health but also has an impact on the economy, especially in the Export and Import sector. The purpose of this study was to find out how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Indonesia's economic growth in the export and import sectors was. The research method used is the desk study method. This research data uses secondary data sourced from books, journals, articles and the internet, namely BPS data for 2020. The results show that despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the increase in exports and imports shows that economic activity in Indonesia continues to recover. The performance of Indonesia's Trade Balance is still quite impressive. The trade balance surplus has been experienced for 14 consecutive months since May 2020, including in June 2021 a surplus of US$1.32 billion. iB Hijrah Savings is a savings account that uses mudharabah and wadi'ah contracts. The research problem is that many customers save at Bank Muamalat, but the average customer who saves does not know how to apply the calculation of mudharabah and wadi'ah contracts to iB hijrah savings. The formulation of the research problem is how to apply the calculation of mudharabah muthlaqah and wadi'ah contracts in the iB Hijrah savings product. The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of mudharabah muthlaqah and wadi'ah contracts in iB Hijrah savings products. The theory used is first, DSN Fatwa No: 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2007, regarding the mudharabah contract it should be stated explicitly, clearly, easily understood and understood and accepted by the parties. Second, DSN Fatwa No: 02/DSNMUI/IV/2000 concerning savings based on wadi'ah are deposited. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The types of research data are primary and secondary data sources. Data processing techniques. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data editing, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. Data validity technique. The application of the mudharabah contract on iB Hijrah savings is explained about the product, the contract that the customer wants and the application of the contract will be explained in sharia, then the ratio given by the bank to the customer is 5%. Lack of socialization of Bank Muamalat to the public so that they do not know the profit sharing in the iB Hijrah savings product. The implementation of the wadi'ah contract on iB Hijrah savings is in accordance with Islamic law based on the Fatwa of the MUI DSN No. 2/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Which states that wadi'ah is a deposit. Financial distress is a condition in which a company faces financial difficulties. One of the causes of financial distress in banking is that banks do not comply with or comply with the capital adequacy ratio set by the regulator and banks are unable to manage the risk of the financing that has been disbursed. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence financial distress at Bank Mumalat. This type of research is quantitative research. While the data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and observation by collecting the financial statements of the Muamalat bank. The results showed that the CAR (capital adequacy ratio) variable did not have a significant effect on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. ROA has a significant negative effect on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. ROE shows that there is an influence on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) shows an influence on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Keywords : Financial Distress, Bank Muamalat

Banks are financial institutions that have an important role in the country's economy, namely in providing payment transactions as well as providing the resources needed to finance development. Financing products that are common in the sharia banking system are also conventional, including the FLPP mortgage, which is a home loan facility product for low-income people. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a retrospective study that studies natural conditions in distributing products that cannot be separated from marketing strategies. The leadership style in a company greatly affects employee performance. Employee performance can make a company run well. Therefore, the author wants to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data and uses a Likert Scale technique, namely by questionnaires and then will be analyzed with Validity and Reliability Test, as well as with Linear Regression. The result of this research is that the value of R square above is known to be 0.627 or 62.7%, indicating about 62.7% of employee performance variables (Y) are influenced by leadership style (X). While the remaining 37.3% is influenced by variables not examined in this study, namely: leadership factors, compensation factors, communication factors, environmental factors. This study aims to determine the application of the mudharabah contract on Jasindo Syariah KP Insurance. Medan, knowing the percentage ratio of each product contained in PT. Asuransi Jasindo Syariah KP. Medan, and find out about the illustration of profit sharing calculations from sharia insurance products at PT. Asuransi Jasindo Syariah KP. Medan. The type of research used is descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The conclusions of this study in brief are: First, the Implementation of the Mudharabah Agreement on Jasindo Syariah KP Insurance. Medan is implemented by establishing cooperation between the customer as the owner of the capital and the Jasindo Syariah Insurance as the capital manager. In tabarru' accounts, sharia insurance companies are allowed to provide profit sharing but are not required. The benefits will be obtained after deducting insurance expenses, will be shared between participants and companies with a mudharabah system. Second, the percentage ratio for Asuransi Jasindo Syariah Medan Marketing Office products is determined by the company. The percentage ratio for each Jasindo Syariah Insurance product is different because it is seen from how big the risks that occur in the future are. The illustration of the profit sharing calculation that is exemplified is the KBM (Motorized Vehicle) product at Asuransi Jasindo Syariah KP. This study aims to examine the influence of e-commerce and knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship for fresh graduates with capital as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data was collected using a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique which was distributed to fresh graduates at state campuses in Medan City, namely (USU, UNIMED, and UINSU) with a sample of 99 people. The research results here show that E-Commerce has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interests, Entrepreneurship Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interests, Capital can moderate the effect of E-Commerce on Entrepreneurial Interests and Capital can moderate the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interests. and based on the E-Commerce F test and Entrepreneurial Knowledge have a simultaneous and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship with the magnitude of the influence based on the coefficient of determination test that is equal to 41.6%.
